The indictment says Lato complained about the shakedown of the Cadillac Lounge strip club ending after Manocchio was arrested in January 2011. Prosecutors said a Cadillac Lounge bouncer, manager and bookkeeper have mob ties and were charged.

Manocchio, who turns 85 next month, faces between five years and three months and 6 1/2 years in prison under a plea agreement for his role in the strip club plot. Authorities say he stepped down as boss in 2009 and was succeeded by DiNunzio’s older brother, Carmen DiNunzio, 54. A family affair: Millville man caught twice with sister prostitutes, police say

Police arrested a man Tuesday after allegedly catching him with a prostitute who is the sister of another prostitute he had been caught with a few weeks prior.
Mark Hannah, 50, of West Broad Street and Melissa Zimmer, 19, of East Main Street, were both charged with engaging in prostitution.

Matos was familiar with the pickup’s driver, Hannah, because he had been pulled over on April 21 with Christina Zimmer. Matos described Zimmer as “… a known prostitute who has been charged with prostitution in the past.”

On Tuesday Hannah had Christina’s sister Melissa, another known prostitute who has been charged with the offense in the past, in the truck with him. Matos said he had even solicited and arrested her while working an undercover prostitution sting in the past.

Entombed in a tiny death row cell inside SCI Greene Prison in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, he’s not allowed to mingle with other convicts. Fletcher sifts through old memories because he doesn’t have sufficient sensory surroundings to create new ones. He files his own briefs once in a while but can’t untangle himself from the web of legal incompetence that entrapped him long ago. Unlike former cause célèbre Rubin “Hurricane” Carter, Fletcher wasn’t proficient at organizing others to take up his cause and has suffered horrifically for it. Every once in a while he mails me a photocopy of some document relating to his case, maybe just to prove he exists.
Fletcher was convicted and sentenced to death by lethal injection on a charge of first-degree murder largely on the strength of eyewitness testimony from Natalie Renee Grant, who was facing charges of retail theft and prostitution. After the court convicted him of first-degree murder, she walked away on probation. A standard deal.

Harry cited health and stress reasons for his resignation. He maintained his innocence of the charges since bringing the matter to the attention of church leadership last year.

The detective later spotted Harry driving back and forth through downtown Millville, traveling north on Second Street and south on High Street a total of four times. Harry was pulled over by a patrolman and gave varying answers for where he was headed. When asked whether he was loitering for prostitution, and whether he knew the woman who entered his car, he said he realized he was wrong and “couldn’t do this,” according to the report.

NEW YORK – They’ve been bad boys, and they need to be taught a lesson — at New York’s “john school.”

“When I heard about the class, I was relieved. [A prostitution bust] is not something I want on my record,” said 25-year-old accounting student Adrian Caesar, who was recently arrested trying to pick up a female undercover cop minutes after he dropped his girlfriend off at her East New York housing project.

Men busted for patronizing prostitutes in Brooklyn get the choice of a court hearing and possible jail time — or paying $350 to sit through five hours of class time featuring lectures from an HIV-positive prostitute and stern assistant district attorneys, as well as graphic slides of diseased genitalia.
