… I didn’t do anything wrong, so I’m not embarrassed about my actions. I’m embarrassed about how I was arrested,” she said.
The University of Pennsylvania graduate said she had wanted to take her husband to a baseball game between her beloved Philadelphia Phillies and the New York Yankees.
The self-described “buxom blonde” said she was simply trying to score tickets online, as she had in the past.
Ms Finkelstein told WPVI-TV: “I was hoping to get cheap tickets, maybe meet someone, and talk, and bat my eyelashes and maybe get some tickets.”
Her lawyer William J Brennan said his client was merely “a nice lady overcome with Phillies fever”.
She might have dropped double entendres in her Craigslist advertisement but never explicitly offered sex, he added.
Mr Brennan hopes to get the misdemeanour charge of promoting prostitution dismissed.

A female baseball fan has been charged after allegedly offering her body in exchange for sought-after tickets to the World Series.
Susan Finkelstein (pictured right) from Philadelphia, was arrested after meeting an undercover policeman in a bar with the intention, it is claimed, of exchanging sex for tickets to a game between her beloved Phillies and the New York Yankees.
It followed an advert placed on the internet site Craigslist which her lawyer admits may have included a couple of double entendres but fell way short of prostitution.
William Brennan described his client as “a nice lady overcome with Phillies fever”. As to the ad he said: “If someone read into that posting a sexual connotation, that’s on them.”
Over a few beers she told the policeman that she needed two tickets, one for herself and one for her husband. Before prices were discussed she was arrested by several officers at a nearby table and charged.

Susan Finkelstein, 43, from Philadelphia, was arrested after meeting an undercover policeman in a suburban bar with the intention, it is claimed, of exchanging sex for admission to a finals game between her beloved Phillies and the New York Yankees.
It follows an advert placed on internet site Craigslist which her lawyer admits may have included a couple of double entendres but fell way short of prostitution.
William Brennan described his client as “a nice lady overcome with Phillies fever”.
As to the advert he said: “If someone read into that posting a sexual connotation, that’s on them. There’s no overt sexual reference.”
The online ad led to a rendezvous between Finkelstein and an undercover police officer. Over a few beers she told the man that she needed two tickets, one for herself and one for her husband.
Before prices were discussed she was arrested by several officers on a nearby table and subsequently charged with the misdemeanour charge of promoting prostitution.

In recognition of its environmental leadership, Doylestown Hospital has received a Trailblazer Award from the federal Environmental Protection Agency.
The EPA’s Trailblazer Award, now in its third year, recognizes hospitals in the Philadelphia area and Delaware that have served as models for other hospitals and shown leadership in a particular area of sustainability.
These hospitals are helping to pave the way to move all area hospitals forward by reducing their environmental footprint.
There are several initiatives at Doylestown Hospital that make an impact on patient safety and the environment, including housekeeping and infection prevention.
The housekeeping department uses reusable microfiber mops (one mop per patient room) that save money over traditional string mops and reduce cross contamination.
The department also uses a chemical-free floor stripper that virtually eliminates the need for harsh chemical strippers and improves indoor air quality.

But Paul’s family really does think he’s kind of sick.
He lives with his mother, who’s a light sleeper and objects to his late-night calls, not to mention his life. Middle-aged, he has no job ambitions, no love life, no plans for the future except to root for his beloved Giants and especially his favorite player, all-pro linebacker Quantrell Bishop.
He can’t afford tickets to the Giants games. He and his best fan-pal Sal hook a television up to his car battery and watch the games from the parking lot of Giants Stadium in full red and blue regalia.
But Paul’s world is rocked when he and Sal spot Quantrell Bishop at a gas station, follow his vehicle to a strip club and end up meeting in a way that ends badly for everybody involved.

Usually we’re all for hearing all the gory details of celebrities real (or unreal) lives. But actress Kate Hudson may be taking things a little bit too far.
Kate, for those of you who don’t know, is currently dating baseball player Alex Rodriguez and their bedroom antics, of which there are apparently plenty, seem to also be their favourite topic of conversation.
A friend of the couple said: “They love sex! They talk about it all day. Kate gets graphic talking about his body even to her parents.”
Now, as liberated as Goldie Hawn probably is, it’s not exactly dinner table talk.
And Alex Rodriguez doesn’t seem to be the most trustworthy of chaps anyway. The friend also said that, even though Alex was “close” to Madonna last year and had previously cheated on his ex-wife with a stripper, he is in fact “less of a jerk” since teaming up with Kate.

But friends of the couple are keen to remind the world that they’re still very much together – all the time, by the sounds of things. Brace yourselves for way too much information…
“They love sex!” says a friend, with all the charm and subtlety of a dog humping someone’s leg. “They talk about it all day. Kate gets graphic talking about his body, even to her parents.”
Her parents? But that’s GOLDIE HAWN! She was in Private Benjamin, FFS, she shouldn’t have to tolerate dirty talk about a baseball player’s cock!
This “pal” sure doesn’t mince their words – they also said that Alex, who, as well as getting “close” to Madonna last year, also cheated on his ex-wife with a stripper, is “less of a jerk” since he started dating Kate. “Kate is changing him for the better,” they added. “She’s with him every second.”
